R.I.P. Clinton Detweiler

It is with great sadness that this blog reports the passing of Clinton Detweiler.

Clinton was my mentor, my inspiration and most importantly, one of my closest friends. Whatever modest success I ever enjoyed as a ventriloquist was due to Clinton. He will be missed by everyone whose lives he touched. 

What a terrible shame that he didn't live to see the Ventriloquists' Convention celebration in his honor, this coming July. But I know that he was deeply touched when he learned of the planned tribute.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Adelia and the entire Detweiler family. May God bless you all.
